Founded from inside the practice
Praxiflo was created because we experienced firsthand what it takes to run an independent medical practice — and how much time and energy goes toward administrative work that has nothing to do with patient care.
Our story
Independent practices face growing operational complexity. Staffing challenges continue to increase. Administrative requirements continue to expand. Reimbursement pressures continue to grow.
Most physicians did not start a practice because they wanted to manage workflows, chase claims, navigate staffing shortages, or spend their evenings clearing an EMR inbox. Yet these activities increasingly consume the time and energy that should go toward patient care.
Existing software often provides visibility but not execution. Outsourcing vendors provide execution but limited visibility. The two rarely work together, which means the practice owner — or the office manager — is left coordinating between them manually.
Praxiflo was built to bridge this gap. By combining AI-powered automation, operational intelligence, claims analytics, and expert virtual assistants, we help practices not only understand operational challenges but actively address them.
