Privacy Policy
Effective date: June 2026
Who we are
Praxiflo operates this marketing website at praxiflo.com. We build healthcare operations software for independent medical practices. This policy covers data collected on this website only — not data processed inside the Praxiflo platform on behalf of practices or their patients.
What we collect
We collect two categories of information on this site:
Contact form submissions
When you fill out a contact or demo request form, we collect your name, email address, practice name, and the message you submit. We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry.
Analytics data
With your consent, we use Google Analytics (GA4) to collect anonymized information about how visitors use this site — pages visited, time spent, general geographic region (country/state level), device type, and referring source. This data does not identify you personally.
What we do not collect
This website does not collect, store, or transmit any protected health information (PHI), patient data, or clinical records. If you are a practice administrator or clinician, none of the information you enter on this site is covered by your practice's HIPAA obligations.
Cookies
We use two types of browser storage:
| Name | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| _ga | Google Analytics — distinguishes unique visitors | 2 years |
| _ga_* | Google Analytics — maintains session state | 2 years |
| cookie-consent | Stores your cookie preference (localStorage, not a cookie — never sent to any server) | Persistent |
Google Analytics cookies are only set after you click Accept on the cookie banner. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set and no data is sent to Google. You can change your preference at any time by clearing your browser's local storage for this site.
Third-party services
Analytics data is processed by Google LLC under Google's privacy policy (policies.google.com/privacy). We do not share your information with any other third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.
Data retention
Contact form submissions are retained for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry and for legitimate business recordkeeping. Analytics data is retained for 26 months per Google Analytics default settings. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us.
Your rights (CCPA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to:
- Know what personal information we have collected about you
- Request deletion of your personal information
- Opt out of the sale of your personal information
We do not sell personal information to third parties. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address below.
